ingredients
1 1/4 pound fresh ground chicken or turkey
2 tablespoons bottled steak sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 hamburger buns, toasted
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
directions
Prepare lightly greased grill for cooking.
In medium bowl, combine ground meat and seasonings. Divide mixture into portions, form into thin burgers. Mound 2 tablespoons cheese on each of half the burgers and top with a second burger. Pinch edges shut to seal cheese inside meat. Place at center of grill.
Grill, uncovered, 5 to 6-inches over medium coals for 5 minutes. Turn burgers and top with remaining cheese.
Move to cooler edge of grill and continue grilling 10 minutes longer or until burgers are cooked through and spring back when touched. Serve on hamburger buns, garnished with onions and tomatoes.

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

I've always prefered having the cheese inside the burger instead of just slapped on top. This is a good recipe and the steak sauce adds a lot of flavor to the ground chicken.

I tried this recipe and my family loved it. It made the burgers juicy and gave it a great taste. My kids loved getting the surprise of hidden cheese.
