3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
10 ounces skim milk, or water
3/4 cup rice, uncooked
1 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup frozen peas
Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add skim milk (or water). Add3rice (NOT the instant kind), water, chicken bouillon, and peas, broccoli, or any other vegetables. Cook on low all day (about 8 hours) or high 4-5 hours.

Very good recipe....although I set my crock pot on high and it was done in 2 1/2hrs....good thing I kept checking it to stir.
this was not very good at all! very dry and bland!!.
Not good. Not at all flavorful. Chicken was very dry and rice was a mushy mess.
Sounds like you must have one of the newer crock pots that overheat. You'll find that most recipes you get online will require that you adjust the cooking time in those crock pots.
