3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed 10 ounces skim milk, or water 3/4 cup rice, uncooked 1 cup water 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 cup frozen peas
Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add skim milk (or water). Add3rice (NOT the instant kind), water, chicken bouillon, and peas, broccoli, or any other vegetables. Cook on low all day (about 8 hours) or high 4-5 hours.
