1-2 hrs
ingredients
2 pounds bulk Italian sausage
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
10 eggs, beaten
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, brown the sausage until cooked through. Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet saute the onion and peppers until heated through.
In a separate skillet scramble the eggs until cooked through and any excess liquid is evaporated. Combine the peppers, eggs, and sausage.
Roll each loaf of thawed bread dough to 3/4 inch thick. Spread the sausage mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Carefully roll up jelly roll style and place seam side down on a cookie sheet.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. To serve, slice into rounds. Serve hot.

They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
