ingredients
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or reduced fat creamy peanut butter spread
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
directions
Stir corn syrup, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and crushed red pepper together in small bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Add cilantro. Serve over mixed greens.
