Wow! This is the most amazing dressing I have ever tasted! I love the Spaghetti Factory's Creamy Pesto, and this is exactly like it! The only difference I have found is the hot pepper sauce. I used 30 drops of hot sauce and just mixed it into the recipe, and it was perfect! It was mild enough for anyone, but if you want it more spicy, so it matches the Factory's recipe more, add more hot sauce 5 drops at a time.

Wow! This is a fabulous pesto dressing! I actually like it better than the Spaghetti Factories version. It's so good I could eat it by itself...well may be not, but its dang good!

My mom has worked at The Old Spaghetti Factory for 14 years and has been the general manager for 8. So i guess its safe to say that i have eaten there more then my fair share of times. I personally love the dressing there and have been in the restaurant while it is being made. This is the closest recipe that i have found. I don't think that it is as good as the one they make in the store but that's just me.

The base for this recipe is great, but the taste of the mayo was overwhelming. That's all I could taste in it!

I TRIED TO MAKE THIS LAST NIGHT AND I DONT THINK IT CAME CLOSE TO THE OSF CREAMY PESTO AT ALL. I THINK THE OIL ENHANCED THE MAYO FLAVOR SO I TRIED IT W/O THE OIL AND IT WAS GOOD BUT STILL NOT THE SAME. I MIGHT TRY USING A PREMAID PESTO NEXT TIME. BEST OF LUCK

I just tried to make the salad dressing. Can anyone tell me if it is suppose to be thick? How can I thin it without losing much of the flavor?
