  1. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I have made it for years. Sell it at the local Farmers Market. BIG SELLER.

  2. jennifer1968 REVIEW:

This is quite tasty! I used it on a lettuce salad first but then used it in a pasta salad too and it was perfect!

  3. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I wasn't sure I'd like this with all the buttermilk in it but it is quite good!

  4. Becky REVIEW:

I haven't tried the dressing at Old Spaghetti FActory but this dressing is very good. I love the buttermilk in it, very rich.

  5. Miss baker REVIEW:

After reading reviews for this recipe, MUST use hot sauce (mild taste) Made it without and didn't taste like OSF recipe at all. With hot sauce- exactly. Very surprised to see that spicy addition!

  6. SHERRI0730

I TRIED TO MAKE THIS LAST NIGHT AND I DONT THINK IT CAME CLOSE TO THE OSF CREAMY PESTO AT ALL. I THINK THE OIL ENHANCED THE MAYO FLAVOR SO I TRIED IT W/O THE OIL AND IT WAS GOOD BUT STILL NOT THE SAME. I MIGHT TRY USING A PREMAID PESTO NEXT TIME. BEST OF LUCK

  7. Erin REVIEW:

Such a great recipe! This is an excellent copy--it really tastes just like the real thing.

  8. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

My mom has worked at The Old Spaghetti Factory for 14 years and has been the general manager for 8. So i guess its safe to say that i have eaten there more then my fair share of times. I personally love the dressing there and have been in the restaurant while it is being made. This is the closest recipe that i have found. I don't think that it is as good as the one they make in the store but that's just me.

  9. Kesheik REVIEW:

Wow! This is the most amazing dressing I have ever tasted! I love the Spaghetti Factory's Creamy Pesto, and this is exactly like it! The only difference I have found is the hot pepper sauce. I used 30 drops of hot sauce and just mixed it into the recipe, and it was perfect! It was mild enough for anyone, but if you want it more spicy, so it matches the Factory's recipe more, add more hot sauce 5 drops at a time.

Can anyone tell me what mayo they used I am sure it will make a difference in the taste.

  11. Foodiegirl936 REVIEW:

Don't have OSF near us now and I m essed the dressing! This recipe was spot on! Thank you for posting it! Now my family can get their OSF salad!

  12. tyhiny REVIEW:

  13. EDRN REVIEW:

  14. Heather

I just tried to make the salad dressing. Can anyone tell me if it is suppose to be thick? How can I thin it without losing much of the flavor?

  15. miss food REVIEW:

This taste just like what we had when we went there!! It is so close to the spaghetti factory recipe. Yum-o!!

  16. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

    Tried this tonight, was great!

  17. Michelle REVIEW:

The base for this recipe is great, but the taste of the mayo was overwhelming. That's all I could taste in it!

  18. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

Taste exactly like the pesto dressing at Old Spaghetti Factory if not better!

  19. kate REVIEW:

  20. michfrochick REVIEW:

Wow! This is a fabulous pesto dressing! I actually like it better than the Spaghetti Factories version. It's so good I could eat it by itself...well may be not, but its dang good!
