1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons red raspberries (fresh or frozen)
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 3 days (stir well before serving).
