1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
4 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon milk, more if needed
directions
Whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add the vinegar and whisk until just smooth. Add the oregano, pepper, garlic powder and Feta cheese.
Incorporate with a rubber spatula. Be careful not break up the Feta too much. Add milk if necessary until desired consistency is achieved.

Used this on a greek salad and it was fabulous. Love the idea of using it on a pizza - will try that next! I think this would also make a nice dip with some pita wedges.

I've been searching for a good creamy feta dressing ever since I had some at a local pizza shop. This is very close and very good. Next time, I think I will leave the oregano out and reduce the amount of mayonaise to 3/4 cup. Great on mediterranean pizza!
