- #27279
under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 dash celery salt
1/2 pint plain yogurt (can use lowfat or fatfree if desired)
directions
Add the lemon juice, garlic salt, onion salt, and celery salt to the yogurt and stir well to combine. Place in a covered container and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
For best results, let the salad dressing chill for 3-4 hours to let the flavors meld but the dressing can be used immediately as well.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
