ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
directions
In a very large container, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and Dijon-style mustard.
Pour in the vinegar, and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temp.

I didn't have some of the seasonings so I used a greek seasoning blend in place of the oregano and basil. It was very good!!

A lovely dressing all of my favourite ingredients and the quantities are just right! will never buy ready made dressing again!

This recipe is really good and simple. I like it better than my spouse, though. It's a little on the tangy side, which I like, though!
I am "Yum Yum" and I forgot in my comment to add that you DO NOT need a very large container to mix this up in; the original recipe on the other site is for 120 servings b/c it was from a restaurant. Just mix it up in a regular little bowl, etc.
