Easy Cheese Pork Casserole
- add review
- #92796
serves/makes:
ready in:
1-2 hrs
1-2 hrs
ingredients
4 pork chops, boneless
2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can French onion soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer potatoes in bottom of baking dish, trying to keep single layer, but double layer is okay, too. Lay pork chops on top of potatoes.
In small bowl, blend the two soups together. Pour over pork chops, trying to cover them evenly with mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
