Scalloped Potatoes And Hamburger

ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
directions
In skillet, cook beef; drain.
In a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, onion and beef; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layers.
In a bowl, combine the soup, milk and green pepper; mix well. Pour over top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more until potatoes are tender.
