1 cup paprika
1/2 cup brown or cane sugar
1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons seasoned pepper
2 tablespoons granulated garlic
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Optional Spices
coarse ground black pepper
ground cumin
cayenne pepper
additional kosher salt
Combine the paprika, sugar, salt, chili powder, seasoned pepper, garlic, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add in any additional spices listed as desired.
Mix well. Store in an airtight container. Use as a rub on beef, pork, or chicken before grilling.
