ingredients
2 boneless chicken fillets
10 fresh basil leaves
2 sun-dried tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Mozzarella cheese
2 slices bacon
directions
Clean and flatten chicken fillets. Wipe dry with kitchen roll.
In the center of each, place garlic, sun-dried tomato, chopped small basil leaves. Roll up chicken and wrap mozzarella cheese around the fillet. Finally, keeping all together with toothpicks, wrap bacon around the whole fillet.
Place on a baking tray and place in the oven at 375 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes until cheese has melted and golden brown.
