Light and refreshing, this smoothie is a combination of fresh strawberries, orange juice, and plain low-fat yogurt.

1 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
6 ounces unflavored low-fat yogurt
4 ice cubes
Remove the stems from the strawberries and place the strawberries in a blender. Add the orange juice, yogurt, and ice cubes.
Process on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

I loved the light flavor of this smoothie. It's just the right blend of strawberry and orange. The yogurt keeps it from being too sweet (you could use a vanilla or other flavored yogurt if you want it sweeter).
