Combining the flavors of pineapple, strawberry, banana, and coconut cream, this icy beverage will make you feel like you're lounging on a sun-soaked beach.

2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup coconut cream (not coconut milk)
2 cups ice
Combine the pineapple juice, strawberries, banana slices, coconut cream, and ice in a blender. Process until smooth.
Divide the drink between glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a strawberry or pineapple wedge, if desired.
