Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

Healthy yogurt blended with banana and strawberries makes a great breakfast smoothie or afternoon pick-me-up.
1 banana, peeled and sliced
6 strawberries, hulled and cut in half
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Combine the sliced banana, strawberries, yogurt, and milk in a blender and process until blended. Taste, add sugar if needed, and process again until desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

Put the banana and strawberries in the freezer the night before then add them. Makes the smoothie thicker and gives it better flavor for some reason.

I omit the sugar but make this using fat free greek yogurt which is a bit richer so it adds more flavor. I use almond milk in place of regular milk. It's a great nutritional boost for breakfast or a good pickme up in the afternoon.

Yum. I am going to be a college freshmen in the fall and I want to lose 15 lbs (to be 100 lbs) before I go to college and I lov strawberry banana smoothies so I decided to make one that is good for me by myself. So I googled a recipie and found this. Pretty good for no extra sugar. Oh and I added like a cup of crushed ice to see if it would make it a little thicker. Idk if it did but it's good.

YUMMY! Very easy treat.
Ok, this is my variation that's wayy better! Try it and post a comment if you like it... 1. 10 frozen strawberries 2. Frozen berry mixture equivalent to 10 strawberries 3. almost 2 bananas 4. 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt 5. 1/4 cup orange juice 6. 2 tbsp turbinado sugar Serves about 4/5 You can change the amount of yogurt/fruit/sugar or anything to how you like it...it really doesn't matter!
