3 tablespoons milk or water
2 teaspoons sugar

Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender. Process until smooth. Add ice cubes, as needed, and process until the desired consistency is reached.

I used strawberry yogurt and added a little more suger. Delicious!

I just made this smoothie, it is more tart, you can really taste the yogurt more than the strawberries and mango. I used both sides of the mango and left the pit out.
