Make your ham the star of the show with this brown sugar glaze. It's a simple yet surprising combination that adds a rich, glossy finish to your favorite holiday centerpiece.

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup soft bread crumbs
Combine the brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and coffee in a bowl. Whisk together until the sugar is dissolved.
Stir in the bread crumbs and mix well.
Spread the glaze over ham during the final 30 minutes of cook time. The glaze will give the ham a rich color.
