6 strawberries, hulls removed
1/2 banana
1 1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon skim milk powder
1 tablespoon high-quality protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (optional)
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
