1 pound ground turkey
8 ounces white mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Preheat grill.
In a bowl, combine turkey, mushrooms, chopped onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch thick patties.
Place on a grill rack. Grill 4-inches from heat until fully cooked, about 5 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
