Reuben Deli Dip With Toasted Baguette Slices

ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1/2 pound lean corned beef, chopped fine
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 whole baguette, sliced thin and toasted
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sauerkraut, corned beef, onion, ketchup, mustard, and Swiss cheese.
Place in a medium baking casserole. Bake, covered, about 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles at edges. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
Serve with baguette slices.
