3 cups Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup heavy mayonnaise
1 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
16 ounces strawberry preserves
1/4 cup pecan pieces
In bowl, mix shredded cheddar and shredded mozzarella cheeses. Add chopped green onions for color and bacon pieces. Mix in softened cream cheese and mayonnaise to firm up mixture. Be sure not to make mixture too creamy or it may not hold its form.
In a tiara pan or pie dish, either coat with non-stick spray or lay a sheet of Saran wrap, sprinkle edges with pecan pieces and pat cheese mixture into pan.
Flip onto serving dish and top with strawberry preserves. Serve with butter crackers.

Great appetizer! Used pepper jack instead of mozzarella and 10 oz crispy fried bacon prepared in a blender. Also blended pecans. First appetizer off the table.
