1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 clove garlic

1 dash black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until just smooth (do not over process).
Place the tuna sour cream dip in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until ready to serve.
