ingredients
1 cup light cream
1 cup sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TOPPING
1 package (3 ounce size) raspberry gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
1 can (15 ounce size) blueberries
directions
Mix cream and sugar. Heat until cream mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add to hot cream mixture. Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into a 9- by 12-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
TOPPING: Dissolve raspberry gelatin in water. Add undrained blueberries. Pour over chilled cream mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
