1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 pints blueberries
directions
In a bowl using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat together the cream and yogurt until somewhat but not too stiffly thick. Add the sugar and stir until completely combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours or up to 24 hours.
To serve, spoon into individual dishes and top with blueberries.
