Salmon Log Recipe

Ingredients:
15 ounces can of red or pink salmon
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup pecans (chopped)
Directions:
drain salmon. remove bones. flake salmon. add cream cheese and all ingredients. stir and chill overnight. makes one loaf or roll
