1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dry Italian salad dressing mix
directions
Combine all ingredients, cover and chill. Serve with raw vegetables, or crackers, or party rye bread.
