Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

I don't typically like to buy ingredients that I won't use up on a regular basis (like white balsamic vinegar or safflower oil) but I bought them for this recipe and was very glad I did. Both really added a lot - more than white wine vinegar or salad oil would have. Thank you for this recipe!
