Ruby Tuesday's Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 clove garlic, finely diced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
directions
Combine the balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, raspberry preserves, honey, whipping cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender. Process until smooth. With the blender running, add the olive oil through the feed tube and process until the dressing is thick.
Transfer the raspberry vinaigrette dressing to a covered container and chill until ready to use. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
