ingredients
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 lemon, zest of
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup olive oil
directions
Add the vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper to a food processor bowl (or blender). With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the oil.
Serve immediately or place in a glass container (with a lid) and refrigerate.
