ingredients
2 cups sliced, cooked beets
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
directions
Place the beets in a shallow casserole dish. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the mustard, honey and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and paprika, and heat well. Pour the sauce over the beets in the casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
