ingredients
2 1/2 cups diced, peeled beets
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup chopped fresh cranberries
1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
directions
Combine the beets, water,orange juice, and sugar in a 2 qt. saucepan. Bring to a boil over med. high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 min. longer.
