Slow Cooker Vegetable Medley

ingredients
4 cups diced peeled potatoes
1 can (15 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot, stirring well to mix the spices in with the vegetables.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or until the potatoes and carrots are tender when pierced with a fork.
Stir well before serving; serve hot.

I omitted the tomatoes because it sounded like an odd combination. Otherwise it was good.

I was afraid this might turn out bland with the long cooking time but it was quite tasty.
