Jasmine Tarragon Rice

ingredients
2 cups jasmine rice (do not rinse)
4 cups water
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
salt, to taste
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, more if desired
directions
Add rice, water, dried tarragon and salt to rice cooker. Cook as to manufacturer's directions for rice cooker.
When rice is done, add margarine. Let margarine melt then fluff with a fork.
You can serve your favorite grilled chicken recipe over rice or your favorite pork chop recipe.
