Ingredients:
5 pounds Fresh Asian Oyster (Cleaned)
1 cup White Wine Of Your Choice
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 cup Red Curry Sauce (such As Thai Kitchen Brand)
1/4 cup Lime Leaf Whole
1 can Light Coconut Milk (more if needed)
1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Basil
3 Thai Or Asian Red Chiles Whole
2 teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Lime, juiced

Directions:

Clean and steam the oysters in a large pot or Dutch oven with the white wine. Add salt and pepper and steam for a few minutes.

In a seperate bowl wisk together your curry sauce, coconut milk, and hot pepper sauce, set aside. Add your asian chiles to the pot and pour over your mixture and stir oysters and condiments together. Steam for another few minutes and then add your basil, stir and plate on a platter. Add your limes leaves throughout the oysters and squeeze the juice of the lime over it.

With this dish you will feel like your in china within no time!

Notes: * make sure the red curry mixture is whisked well

* white rice is a good compliment to the oysters, enjoy!

Make sure your house is decorated in an asian style it really adds to the experience. I also like to through some fun things on the table like fortune cookies, chopsticks and chinese yo-yo's
