2 pounds lean beef chuck, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can (12 ounce size) diet lemon-lime carbonated beverage
Place the beef cubes in the crock pot.
In a bowl, gently whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and lemon-lime beverage. Pour over the beef in the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until the beef is cooked and tender.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes, cooked egg noodles, or rice.
