Tender, slow cooked beef tips in a rich, creamy gravy served over cooked rice. What's not to love?
1 1/2 pound beef sirloin tip roast
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
1 can (10 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1 can (15 ounce size) reduced-sodium beef broth
4 1/2 cups cooked long grain rice
Trim any excess fat from the roast. Cut the meat into 1/2-inch cubes. Add the beef to the crock pot.
Combine the onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup, and beef broth until smooth and blended. Stir the mixture into the beef in the crock pot, making sure the beef cubes are completely coated.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the beef is tender. Stir gently once during the cooking time.
Serve the beef tips and gravy over cooked rice. You can serve this over noodles instead if desired.

Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Really easy to make and so good. Rather than use onion mix I added fresh onions, celery and mushrooms and seasoned with a bay leaf, Lea Perrins, paprika and black pepper. I also thickened with cornstarch and water before serving over egg noodles. Will make again and again.

MY FAMILY of 5 LOVED IT!! It was soooo simple. I did add a touch of garlic for taste & pan seared the chunks of meat for a couple of minutes before adding to the slow cooker. We ate it with rice. My family consists of VERY picky eaters and we all enjoyed it. Will make it again.

The beef was very tender but it came out really salty. I think using reduced sodium chicken soup would help but the onion soup mix is very salty still.

Fantastic recipe. I did not have a sirloin but use a chuck roast, trimed of most the fat.I added 1/4 cup of burgundy wine, pepper and tsp.of oregano at the end. Thickened the gravy. Will use over rice.

thank you for sharing this. We loved it and I have been sharing it with others. The only thing I had to do was add some flour to thicken it up.
