4 teaspoons creme de cassis
1 bottle (375-ml) Brut Champagne, well chilled
2 lemon twists
directions
Add 2 teaspoons of the creme de cassis to the bottom of each champagne glass. Gently pour the champagne into the glass (do not stir). Add a twist of lemon and serve immediately.
