Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Four simple ingredients and your blender. Great for a breakfast drink or a healthier way to satisfy a sweet tooth.

1 1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
Combine the orange juice, banana, and frozen fruit in a blender. Process until smooth. Add additional orange juice if needed for desired consistency.
Divide the smoothie between tall glasses and serve immediately.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

Great, if you want easy. But I add, 1 TB. chia seeds, 2 TBs.flax meal(or seeds), 2 TBLS. of almond butter (for your protein), 1 TB. cacao nibs (optional), and a cup of almond milk! Healthier all around.
