1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
Combine the orange juice, banana, and frozen fruit in a blender. Process until smooth. Add additional orange juice if needed for desired consistency.
Divide the smoothie between tall glasses and serve immediately.

Great, if you want easy. But I add, 1 TB. chia seeds, 2 TBs.flax meal(or seeds), 2 TBLS. of almond butter (for your protein), 1 TB. cacao nibs (optional), and a cup of almond milk! Healthier all around.
