Smoothies are one of the tastiest ways to get your daily fruit in. A solid dollop of yogurt makes this strawberry-mango sipper extra creamy.

ingredients

4 strawberries, stems removed
1/2 mango, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons milk or water
2 teaspoons sugar
ice cubes, as needed

directions

Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender. Process until smooth. Add ice cubes, as needed, and process until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately.

    I just made this smoothie, it is more tart, you can really taste the yogurt more than the strawberries and mango. I used both sides of the mango and left the pit out.
