ingredients
1/2 cup chilled melon-flavored syrup
1 bottle sparkling pear cider, well chilled
4 honeydew melon balls or cubes, for garnish
directions
Place champagne flutes or wine glasses in the freezer to chill for at least 15 minutes.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the syrup into each chilled glass. Slowly fill with the sparkling cider.
Drop a melon ball in each glass and serve promptly.
