6 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 dash celery salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
ice
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, celery salt, and sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well to combine and chill.
Strain the drink into a chilled glass (ice optional). Season as desired with salt and pepper. Serve with a celery stalk as garnish. If desired, rim the glass with black pepper before serving.
