This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crumbled
Cut chicken breast in 1/2 inch strips. Set aside.
Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes under tender.
While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over high heat, about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and rosemary; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned and chicken is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
