20 ounces potatoes, peeled and cubed 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1/2 package (1 ounce size) dry Ranch salad dressing mix 1 can (10 ounce size) 98% fat free cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine the potatoes, onion, and chicken in the crock pot. In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, soup, and sour cream and mix until smooth. Pour over the chicken and vegetables. Add salt and pepper as desired. Stir to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are tender.

Making this tonight. Added red potatoes (instead of regular), shredded parmesan cheese, and baby carrots, omitted onion (we don't eat onion). Not done yet, but smells amazing. :-)

hey tried this it is so so good, it would be awesome for my nephews and niece that loves ranch so ranch taste but need to add more vegs like carrots or celery its great taste. even add shredded cheese.
