Ingredients:
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 pound Louisiana crawfish tails, peeled
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere's Original Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a saucepan, melt the margarine, add the vegetables and sauté until tender.

Add the crawfish tails and seasonings. Sauté until tender.

Add the cream, allow mixture to reduce for 2 minutes or until thick.

Whisk in the garlic powder, Tony Chachere's seasoning, parsley and cheese, blending well. Pour in a bowl. Serve with French bread toast or toast points.
