I've copycatted many this recipe...and this IS the one...minus their Infamous croutons! Any more anchovy = too salty. Love, LOVE, LOVE! This is perfection, and made more than once!

My husband and I go to Outback all the time just to get their Ceasar salad. We love the spicy dressing and the homemade croutons. This dressing was just awful. It had no flavor whatsoever. All it tastes like is mayo. Not good at all.

I was a manager with Outback for over 2 years. The Ceasar Salad dressing there is not a mayo base dressing and they also use whole anchovies as well.
