20 pitted Kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon rinsed, drained, and chopped capers
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
Fresh cracked black pepper
