1/2 cup seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup seeded and chopped serrano pepper
1/2 cup chopped garlic
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
salt, to taste
Combine the ingredients in a food processor and process until it forms a paste.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Use as a spread on sandwiches or burgers, mix into dips, or stir into stews for a little extra kick.
