1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pound shrimp, uncooked, shelled and deveined
Combine first seven ingredients in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Bake until shrimp are cooking through, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Serve with pasta and French bread.
