Oven Barbecued Caribou Ribs

ingredients
2 pounds caribou ribs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 can (16 ounce size) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
directions
Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly with cooking oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 325-350 degrees F until fairly well done, turning once.
Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce. Pour over ribs. Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
